T\u00e9rminos y Condiciones<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

La realizaci\u00f3n de una reserva, el pago de una habitaci\u00f3n o el registro de ingreso en cualquiera de los hoteles del Grupo Hoteles Roland implica la aceptaci\u00f3n plena y sin objeciones de los presentes T\u00e9rminos y Condiciones por parte del hu\u00e9sped y sus acompa\u00f1antes.<\/span><\/p>

  1. Definiciones<\/span>
    <\/span>Para efectos de este documento se entender\u00e1 por:<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

    Grupo Hoteles Roland o el Hotel: Hace referencia conjunta a Hotel Casa Roland San Jos\u00e9, Hotel Villas Lirio y Hotel Casa Roland Golfito Resort.<\/span><\/p>

    Hu\u00e9sped: Persona registrada en recepci\u00f3n como titular de la reserva o acompa\u00f1ante.<\/span><\/p>

    Visitante: Persona que ingresa a las instalaciones del Hotel sin estar registrada como hu\u00e9sped alojado.<\/span><\/p>

    Reserva: Bloqueo de habitaci\u00f3n para fechas determinadas, bajo condiciones espec\u00edficas de pago, cancelaci\u00f3n y ocupaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>

    1. Reservas, tarifas e impuestos<\/span>
      <\/span>Tarifas<\/span>
      <\/span>Todas las tarifas se expresan en d\u00f3lares estadounidenses (USD) o colones costarricenses (CRC), seg\u00fan se indique en la confirmaci\u00f3n.<\/span>
      <\/span>Las tarifas son por habitaci\u00f3n y por noche, bajo el plan alimenticio y la ocupaci\u00f3n establecida en la confirmaci\u00f3n.<\/span>
      <\/span>Las tarifas est\u00e1n sujetas al Impuesto al Valor Agregado (IVA) vigente en Costa Rica y a cualquier otro tributo o cargo obligatorio aplicable.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

      2.2 Garant\u00eda de reserva<\/span>
      <\/span>The Hotel may require a valid credit card, bank deposit, or partial or full prepayment depending on seasonality and rate policy.<\/span>
      <\/span>If the guest fails to provide the required guarantee within the specified timeframe, the Hotel may release the room and consider the reservation unconfirmed.<\/span><\/p>

      2.3. Payments<\/span>
      <\/span>The guest must settle the full cost of their stay at check-in unless the rate specifies otherwise.<\/span>
      <\/span>Only accepted payment methods indicated in the reservation confirmation or at reception may be used.<\/span>
      <\/span>Additional charges (restaurant, laundry, minibar, tours, damages, etc.) will be billed to the room and must be paid before check-out.<\/span><\/p>

      1. Cancellation Policy, No-Show, and Early Departure<\/span>
        <\/span>3.1. Cancellations<\/span>
        <\/span>Reservations may be modified or canceled without penalty within the timeframe specified in the confirmation.<\/span>
        <\/span>Cancellations made after the permitted period may incur charges of one or more nights, depending on the rate policy.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

        3.2. No-Show<\/span>
        <\/span>A no-show occurs when the guest does not arrive on the scheduled arrival date and has not canceled within the permitted timeframe.<\/span>
        <\/span>In the event of a no-show, the Hotel may charge, at minimum, the first night of the stay or the penalty indicated by the rate.<\/span><\/p>

        3.3. Early Departure<\/span>
        <\/span>If the guest chooses to depart earlier than the reserved dates, the Hotel may charge the remaining nights in accordance with the rate policy.<\/span><\/p>

        1. Check-In, Check-Out, and Schedules<\/span>
          <\/span>4.1. Check-In<\/span>
          <\/span>Standard check-in time begins at 3:00 p.m.<\/span>
          <\/span>Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

          4.2. Check-Out<\/span>
          <\/span>Standard check-out time is at 12:00 p.m.<\/span>
          <\/span>Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur hourly charges up to the equivalent of an additional night.<\/span><\/p>

          4.3. Minimum Age for Registration<\/span>
          <\/span>The primary guest checking in must be at least 18 years old and present valid identification.<\/span><\/p>

          1. Minors and Room Occupancy<\/span>
            <\/span>5.1. Minors<\/span>
            <\/span>Guests under 18 must be accompanied by parents, legal guardians, or an authorized adult.<\/span>
            <\/span>Policies on rates or complimentary stays for minors will be specified in the reservation confirmation.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

            5.2. Maximum Occupancy<\/span>
            <\/span>Each room type has a maximum occupancy limit for safety and regulatory compliance.<\/span>
            <\/span>Exceeding the limit may result in additional charges or denial of access.<\/span><\/p>

            1. Visitors<\/span>
              <\/span>Visitors may enter guest rooms or restricted areas only with prior authorization from reception.<\/span>
              <\/span>The Hotel may require visitor registration and\/or apply additional charges.<\/span>
              <\/span>Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay overnight. Violation of this rule may result in cancellation of the stay without refund.<\/span><\/li>
            2. Pet Friendly Policy<\/span>
              <\/span>Acceptance of pets varies by property within Grupo Hoteles Roland. In hotels where pets are allowed, the following conditions apply:<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

              7.1. Permitted Pets<\/span>
              <\/span>Only small or medium-sized dogs weighing up to 15 kg (33 lbs) are allowed.<\/span>
              <\/span>A maximum of one pet is permitted per room.<\/span>
              <\/span>The owner must present proof of up-to-date vaccinations.<\/span><\/p>

              7.2. Control, Supervision, and Behavior<\/span>
              <\/span>Pets must remain under control at all times, using a collar and leash in all common areas.<\/span>
              <\/span>The Hotel may require the use of a muzzle if the pet\u2019s behavior or size warrants it.<\/span>
              <\/span>Pets must be supervised at all times by an adult.<\/span>
              <\/span>Pets may not be left alone in the room for extended periods or under circumstances that may cause noise, stress, damage, or disturbance to other guests.<\/span>
              <\/span>The Hotel may demand the removal of pets exhibiting aggressive behavior, excessive barking, or any behavior that disrupts guest comfort.<\/span><\/p>

              7.3. Restricted Areas<\/span>
              <\/span>Pets are not allowed in restaurants, pools, gyms, kitchens, food preparation areas, or any spaces designated as restricted.<\/span><\/p>

              7.4. Hygiene and Responsibility<\/span>
              <\/span>Owners must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste in designated containers.<\/span>
              <\/span>Owners are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pets to furniture, bedding, landscaping, equipment, or any Hotel facility.<\/span><\/p>

              7.5. Fees and Deposits<\/span>
              <\/span>A pet-friendly fee of USD 25.00 or CRC 12,000 per night will be applied.<\/span>
              <\/span>The Hotel may charge the registered credit card for deep cleaning, repairs, or replacement costs resulting from pet-related damages.<\/span><\/p>

              7.6. Service Animals<\/span>
              <\/span>Service animals are accepted in accordance with Costa Rican law upon presentation of appropriate documentation. Service animals are not subject to pet-friendly fees.<\/span><\/p>

              1. Conduct, Behavior, and Use of Hotel Facilities<\/span>
                <\/span>8.1. Appropriate Conduct<\/span>
                <\/span>Guests must behave respectfully toward other guests, visitors, and Hotel staff.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

                8.2. Noise and Quiet Hours<\/span>
                <\/span>Excessive noise, loud music, parties, or disturbances are prohibited, especially during designated nighttime quiet hours.<\/span><\/p>

                8.3. Illegal Activities<\/span>
                <\/span>Illegal activities of any kind, including drug use or trafficking, are strictly prohibited.<\/span><\/p>

                8.4. Restricted Areas<\/span>
                <\/span>Access to staff-only areas is prohibited for guests and visitors.<\/span><\/p>

                1. Non-Smoking Policy<\/span>
                  <\/span>All rooms and indoor areas are smoke-free, including tobacco, electronic cigarettes, and vaping devices.<\/span>
                  <\/span>Smoking in unauthorized areas may result in an additional deep-cleaning charge.<\/span><\/li>
                2. Damages, Losses, and Guest Responsibility<\/span>
                  <\/span>Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the Hotel\u2019s facilities, furniture, or equipment.<\/span>
                  <\/span>Costs for repairs, replacements, or specialized cleaning may be charged to the guest\u2019s account.<\/span>
                  <\/span>Missing items from the room at check-out may be billed as losses.<\/span><\/li>
                3. Valuables and Liability Disclaimer<\/span>
                  <\/span>Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe for money, jewelry, documents, and other valuables.<\/span>
                  <\/span>The Hotel is not responsible for loss or damage of items not stored in the safe or left unattended in public areas.<\/span>
                  <\/span>Hotel liability is governed by applicable Costa Rican lodging and consumer protection laws.<\/span><\/li>
                4. Force Majeure<\/span>
                  <\/span>The Hotel is not liable for events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, utility outages, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or road or airport closures.<\/span>
                  <\/span>In such cases, the Hotel may modify or reschedule reservations and will offer reasonable alternatives when possible.<\/span><\/li>
                5. Security, Cameras, and Image Use<\/span>
                  <\/span>Security cameras are used solely for safety and operational purposes.<\/span>
                  <\/span>General promotional images may be used without identifying guests; specific imagery will require prior consent.<\/span><\/li>
                6. Personal Data and Privacy<\/span>
                  <\/span>The Hotel collects and processes personal data for purposes of managing reservations, lodging, and related services.<\/span>
                  <\/span>Data processing is conducted in accordance with applicable Costa Rican privacy laws.<\/span>
                  <\/span>Guests may exercise their rights through a written request submitted to the Hotel.<\/span><\/li>
                7. Vehicles and Parking<\/span>
                  <\/span>When available, parking may be complimentary or may carry an additional cost, as indicated in the reservation or at reception.<\/span>
                  <\/span>Use of the parking facilities is at the sole responsibility of the guest. The Hotel is not liable for vehicle loss or damage unless required by law.<\/span><\/li>
                8. Modification of Terms and Conditions<\/span>
                  <\/span>Grupo Hoteles Roland reserves the right to modify, update, or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time.<\/span>
                  <\/span>The applicable version will be the one in effect on the date of the reservation or check-in.<\/span><\/li>
                9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/span>
                  <\/span>These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica.<\/span>
                  <\/span>Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of San Jos\u00e9, Costa Rica, unless otherwise mandated by law.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
